Nathan T. Meyers is an award-winning filmmaker, audio supervisor, and drone pilot with over two decades of experience in television, film, and documentary production. As the Owner and Director of Wilder Road Films LLC, he has built a reputation for capturing compelling visual narratives through innovative cinematography, immersive sound design, and cutting-edge drone technology.

His career began in 1996 after attending American River College, quickly gaining industry recognition as part of the production team for America’s Most Wanted (A&E, FOX), where he worked closely with John Walsh as an Audio Supervisor and Camera Operator. Over 13 years, Nathan collaborated with law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, Interpol, Homeland Security, and the Center for missing and exploited children, documenting high-profile cases across all 50 states and multiple countries.

Nathan’s ability to thrive in extreme environments led him to the Discovery Channel’s Emmy-winning series Deadliest Catch, where he served as Audio Supervisor, Camera Operator, producer and Specialty Camera operator. His work aboard the Early Dawn on the Bering Sea earned him an Emmy Award in 2008 for his contributions to the episode No Mercy.

He has since brought his expertise to a range of high-profile projects, including Destination Fear (Travel Channel), Ghost Mine (SyFy), Dancing with the Stars (ABC), and How It’s Made (Discovery). His work spans feature films, reality TV, commercials, and live sports, with credits on productions for Pixar, MTV, VH1, and A&E. 

Most recently Nathan has  documented and searched for Amelia Earhart's Electra airplane with Deep Sea Vision, exploring 2500 fathoms in the depths of the Asian pacific utilizing his skills with both aerial photography, underwater cinematography, and story telling.

Nathan is a Part 107-certified drone pilot with Article 62 endorsement, skilled in time-lapse photography, gimbal,  specialty camera rigging, and field equipment maintenance. His deep technical knowledge includes swift water rescue, mine safety (MSHA), satellite broadcasting and communications association (SBCA) and was a union journeyman low-voltage electrical , making him a sought-after professional in high-risk and unconventional filming environments.
